Gambling support

Support should be easy to find.

If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, specialist support is available. You do not need to compare more casino brands to use these services.

Talk to a specialist service

GamCare provides information and support for people affected by gambling, including online routes to an adviser. Its website explains the available support options.

Use the service’s own website to contact it. Sisterblog does not receive or handle those conversations and is not a counselling or treatment service.

Understand online self-exclusion

Gamstop Online explains how registration blocks signing up for or using online accounts with gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. Its own guidance sets out the scope and conditions of the service.

A list of sister brands should never be used to find a way around a self-exclusion. Ownership research does not establish that you can or should open another account.

Check which accounts a restriction covers

Different controls can have different scopes. Read the actual policy for the restriction involved, including the named company, brands and market. Do not assume that a separate login means a restriction cannot extend to another account.

Our guide to accounts and shared rules explains that distinction. For help applying an existing restriction, use the operator or support service responsible for it.

Our role

We publish research for adults aged 18 and over. We do not take bets, operate player accounts or provide a route around gambling controls. The support links above are included for access to help, not as commercial recommendations.

Service information checked against the linked official pages on 30 October 2026.
